Cancellation Conditions

There are dates on which, due to high occupancy, the cancellation policy is more restrictive. In any case, the conditions are stated during the booking process and prior to confirmation. If you cancel after the deadline, usually you will be charged the first night unless otherwise specified. Again, if this is the case it will be stated during the reservation process and before the confirmation.
No shows: If the client does not present him or herself at the hotel on the first night, the hotel will charge the amount specified in the cancellation policy.
Pay
Payment for the reservation is made directly at the hotel. Your credit card is required only as guarantee for reservation confirmation. There are dates on which, due to high occupancy, the hotel may require advance payment. In any case the exact details of the conditions are stated during the booking process and before confirmation.
