Cancellation Conditions
As a general rule, you may cancel your reservation without charge until a day before the date of entry into the hotel. There are dates on which, due to high occupancy, the cancellation policy is more restrictive. In any case, the conditions are stated during the booking process and prior to confirmation. If you cancel after the deadline, usually you will be charged the first night unless otherwise specified.
