Payment for the reservation is usually completed at the hotel. Your credit card is used simply as a guarantee to confirm the reservation. With some reservations or special offers, the hotel may require payment to be completed before your arrival (sometimes without the option of refund). As a general norm, it is possible to cancel a reservation until up to a day before the arrival date. There are certain dates in which, due to high demand and occupation, the conditions of cancellation are more restrictive. If you cancel after the accepted time period, the hotel will normally charge for the first night of your stay unless otherwise stated. No-shows: If the client does not present him/herself at the hotel on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the amount established in the reservation conditions.

Payment is made at the hotel reception in Croatian Kuna (HRK) based on the current exchange rate on the day of payment.
